Here are answers to commonly asked questions about my services and therapy in general. Also check out my resources pages for additional information. 


Where do I meet you at for my first session?

The office is accessible by taking the elevator to the 7th floor.

During normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm): Please check-in at the main desk for suite 750, and I will meet you in the waiting area at your scheduled start time.

After normal business hours: Please call/text me directly upon your arrival, and I will meet you in the waiting area at your scheduled start time.

Is there parking at your office?

Yes! There is a parking garage at 939 W. North Ave. (Please reach out to me ahead of time to request parking validation). There are also some limited street parking options in the area.

Is your office accessible by public transportation?

Yes. The office is approximately 0.2 miles from the North/Clybourn stop on the Red Line and is also accessible from the 72 bus route.


Do you accept insurance?

I will also provide you with the necessary paperwork to utilize your Out of Network benefits if those are covered by your insurance plan.

Do you offer a sliding scale/reduced fee?

Yes. I reserve a set number of slots for reduced fee clients who belong to Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, which is a network of mental health professionals who are dedicated to providing affordable therapeutic services. To learn more about this option, please visit:
