I graduated from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2014 with my Doctor of Psychology, where I specialized in child and adolescent assessment and therapy. I chose this specialty because I am passionate about helping children and adolescents find their voices; I believe in the healing power of therapy, for all ages.
I offer a highly individualized approach to meet the specific needs of my clients, and I work collaboratively with parents throughout the process. I utilize a variety of interventions, ranging from non-directive to directive and drawing from an array of theories, including play, sandtray, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I strive to stay current with research and am always expanding my therapeutic toolbox to include new evidence-based strategies and approaches.
